In the 2026 MICHELIN Guide, Dublin has three restaurants with Two Stars: Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud at The Merrion, Chapter One by Mickael Viljanen on Parnell Square and Liath in Blackrock Market. Five more city tables hold One: Glovers Alley, Bastible, D’Olier Street, Forest Avenue and Variety Jones, with The Morrison Room at Carton House beyond. Seven hold the Bib Gourmand, and the guide lists many more.
