About The Winding Stair

The Winding Stair, named after the Yeats poem and its winding staircase, overlooks the Liffey and the Ha’penny Bridge. A famous bookshop and café in the 1970s and 1980s, it reopened as a restaurant championing seasonal Irish produce in 2006, keeping the bookshop on the ground floor, in its own words.
